Important: Please prepare everything you need for the setup. Refer to the following section for all the essentials. Before setting up the App Sparkasse Business, please download the S-pushTAN-App and set this app up first. You need the S-pushTAN-App to approve orders in the App Sparkasse Business.

S-pushTAN-App
Download the latest version of the app for free – from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Tip: Update the app regularly in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This lets you use all the functions securely and without any problems.
To set up the S-pushTAN-App, you need a pushTAN registration letter. In addition, your Sparkasse account must be activated for the pushTAN procedure. If you have not received this letter, please contact your Sparkasse.
Existing online banking account or online banking initial access data
To use the App Sparkasse Business, you need an online banking account or initial access data for online banking. To confirm your identity in the S-pushTAN-App, you also need the online banking credentials.

If you want to reset the App Sparkasse Business on a new device, you will need your login name and PIN for online banking.
